This training manual has been developed to guide implementation of the ILO Code of Practice on HIV/AIDS in the World of Work. It contains core information on AIDS and the workplace, case studies, learning activities, and examples of laws and policies. The manual is divided into ten sections, including eight independent modules. Although gender issues are addressed throughout the manual, they are also set out in a Module 5 -The Gender Dimensions of HIV/AIDS and the World of Work.
