This manual was developed by an experts group and tested in two IPS journalists training workshops in South Africa and Jamaica. The manual has three modules: A Gender Analysis Framework for the Media; Gender and HIV/AIDS - The Missing Story; and Improved Knowledge and Skills. Hands on exercises and examples from the media offer a practical feel to the content of the modules.
